Attending the course were 60 students who were presidents, vice presidents, and accountants of grassroots trade unions under the Agriculture and Rural Development Trade Union.
The union officials were informed and guided by the reporter of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the content and process of implementing the union's content of participating in dialogue and implementing the grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace.
Procedures for organizing dialogues at the workplace, conferences of employees, conferences of civil servants and public employees; activities of the People's Inspectorate in state agencies, units and enterprises.
In the financial field, union officials have grasped the regulations and instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; general issues on union finance; revenue, expenditure, and financial management of the grassroots union; organization of the grassroots union accounting apparatus; financial disclosure; outline for developing internal spending regulations of the grassroots union.
Through the training course, the union cadres have gained new knowledge and skills in the process of organizing and implementing tasks. At the same time, they have resolved difficulties and obstacles in union activities, aiming to make the movement of workers, civil servants and union activities of the units increasingly stronger, more practical and achieve high results in the coming time.
