The signing ceremony was held to enhance the role of the Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor and the Department of Information and Communications in propagating, mobilizing, guiding, and organizing union officials, union members, and workers to clearly understand the role and importance of digital transformation associated with union activities, thereby proactively implementing and contributing to the completion of the digital transformation goals and tasks of Yen Bai province by 2025, with a vision to 2030; at the same time, implementing one of the three breakthroughs of the Resolution of the 20th Congress of the Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor, term 2023 - 2028.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Chuong Phat said that the coordination plan ensures the principles of publicity, transparency, democracy, respect, practicality and efficiency.
According to the Chairman of the Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor, there will be 5 main contents of coordination between the two units.
1. Information and propaganda work.
- Strengthen coordination in propaganda, dissemination and implementation of local and sectoral documents related to digital transformation of Yen Bai province and the Trade Union organization by 2025, with a vision to 2030.
- Coordinate the organization of online contests on the website and fanpage of the Provincial Trade Union.
- Coordinate the implementation of digital technology application solutions in the propaganda of trade union activities and the movement of workers, civil servants and laborers through digital platforms.
2. Training and development work
- Coordinate the organization of conferences, seminars, training courses, and knowledge and skills development on digital transformation for union officials at all levels.
- The Provincial Federation of Labor organizes training on digital transformation for union officials at all levels.
- The Department sends staff to participate as reporters to propagate and disseminate documents of the province and industry related to digital transformation.
3. Management and operation of information systems
- The Department provides professional support to help the Provincial Federation of Labor manage the Yen Bai Provincial Federation of Labor's website and the Yen Bai Trade Union Facebook page.
- The Department supports the Provincial Federation of Labor in preparing documents to approve the information security level for the unit's information system.
- The Department of Consulting helps the Provincial Federation of Labor build and manage information systems and databases in the digital environment.
- The Provincial Federation of Labor coordinates with the Department to handle fake news on cyberspace (if any).
4. Organize emulation movements
The Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the Department to deploy two digital platform applications "Yen Bai Provincial Digital Desk", "Paperless Meeting Room",... at the Provincial Federation of Labor and coordinated to organize emulation movements among workers, civil servants and laborers in the province.
5. Implement other tasks
Coordinate the implementation of other tasks to improve the quality of activities of the Provincial Trade Union, as well as the Department in advising and organizing the implementation of digital transformation tasks according to assigned functions and tasks.
