Recently, the Van Ho District Labor Federation coordinated with the Van Ho District Political Center to organize a political theory and professional training course for union cadres in 2024.
The training was attended by 62 union officials who are Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of grassroots unions under the Van Ho District Labor Federation.
At the training course, the trainees studied 5 topics: Some theoretical and practical issues on Socialism and the path to Socialism; The political system in Vietnam; Content and methods of activities of trade union cadres; Implementation of Law No. 10.2022/QH15 dated November 10, 2022 on implementing democracy at the grassroots level; Instruction No. 121/HD-LDLD dated November 2, 2022 of the Son La Provincial Labor Federation guiding the implementation of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" among union members.
The training method mainly uses presentation method, combined with slideshow, spending a lot of time exchanging, discussing, and interacting directly.
The training course aims to equip union cadres with basic knowledge of political theory, skills and trade union work, gradually improving their capacity to direct and organize the implementation of work tasks; at the same time, helping the cadres share, exchange, learn work experiences and access new knowledge, methods and skills of operation.
