On April 13, at Da Giang Stadium (Nguyen Xa Commune, Dong Hung District, Thai Binh Province), the Labor Union (Labor Federation) of Dong Hung District in collaboration with the District Cultural and Sports Center held the opening ceremony
The men's football tournament, officials and employees of Dong Hung district attracted nearly 90 athletes of 6 teams from grassroots trade unions in the district to participate. The tournament takes place from April 13 to April 20.
