The working delegation of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation just had a working session at the grassroots trade union of RQ Technology Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The program aims to resolve questions from union members and workers related to working hours and rest hours for workers working at related contractors.
At the working session, the working delegation listened to the opinions and recommendations of workers. At the same time, exchanged and guided businesses and related parties to properly implement the provisions of labor law, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members.
At the Grassroots Trade Union of Dasen Co., Ltd., the working delegation also advised and guided the Executive Committee of the Trade Union on the process, dossiers and steps to conduct collective bargaining with employers to build a corporate collective labor agreement.
It is expected that the unit will organize the signing of the Collective Labor Agreement in the first quarter of 2026.
Through the above activities, the Provincial Labor Federation continues to affirm the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
From there, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations right from the first months of 2026.
