On June 25, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation organized a Conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of STC Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
STC Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. operates in the field of electronic component manufacturing, currently has 110 employees. At the conference, 110/110 employees voluntarily joined the Vietnam Trade Union organization, including 66 female employees and 44 male employees.
At the program, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish a grassroots trade union and appointed a temporary grassroots trade union executive committee, creating a premise for the trade union organization to quickly stabilize and effectively implement activities according to regulations.
Also today, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation organized a Conference to announce the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Vietnam TRUSTECH ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd.
Vietnam TRUSTECH ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd. is a 100% Chinese-invested enterprise, operating in the field of manufacturing and processing electronic circuit boards (PCB), currently has 22 employees.
At the conference, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded decisions to admit 22 trade union members; announced decisions to establish grassroots trade unions; awarded decisions recognizing the Executive Committee and Inspection Committee of grassroots trade unions of term I, term 2026 - 2030; assigned tasks and orientations for activities to the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions.
On this occasion, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation also presented 3 gifts to support union members in difficult circumstances, showing the concern and care of the trade union organization for workers.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions not only contributes to expanding trade union organizations in the business sector but also strengthens the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
