"After the company met the wish to increase salaries, the workers returned to normal work" - the representative of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor informed.

Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the same morning, thousands of workers of Roll Sport Shoes Company Limited (in Tay Ho Commune, Tho Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Province) stopped working collectively to demand a salary increase.

According to the workers, the reason for their suspension is because Roll Sport Shoes Company Limited still maintains a lower salary than other companies in the same area.

Immediately after the incident, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor sent a working group to the company to listen to the workers' thoughts and aspirations. Along with that, the working group worked with the company and local authorities on the above incident.
