At the conference, Mr. Le Chung Van - Head of the Organizing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced the following decisions: Establishing the Organizing Committee - Inspection Committee on the basis of merging the Organizing Committee with the Office of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Inspection Committee; appointing the leadership positions of the Organizing Committee - Inspection Committee.
Transfer the Labor Culture House to the Provincial Federation of Labor Office for direct management. End the operation of 7 industry unions. Transfer grassroots trade unions and union members of 7 industry trade unions to district, town, city and equivalent labor federations.
Decision to establish the Provincial Party Trade Union of agencies under the Provincial Federation of Labor, including 23 grassroots trade unions with more than 900 union members; appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key positions of this unit.
Establish the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union under the Provincial Federation of Labor, including 78 grassroots trade unions with more than 13,000 union members; appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key positions of this unit.
The decision to accept the Thanh Hoa General Hospital Trade Union (more than 1,000 union members) and the Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital Trade Union (more than 800 union members) under the direct management of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Along with that, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor also announced decisions on the transfer, appointment and appointment of leadership positions of affiliated departments and units.
It is known that after the arrangement, the Provincial Federation of Labor reduced from 6 committees to 5 committees, reducing from 35 trade unions at the grassroots level to 29.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vo Manh Son - Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor - acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of departments and units (under the arrangement) in the past time to workers' movements and trade union activities.
According to the Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus is an important turning point in the organization and operation of the provincial trade union. This is not only a structural change but also marks a new period, towards comprehensive and breakthrough development. Therefore, it is recommended that units after the reorganization and cadres transferred and assigned to new tasks will continue to promote their strengths, overcome all difficulties, build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, and take better care of cadres, union members and workers.
