On November 22, the Tan Phuoc District Labor Federation (Tien Giang Province) organized an announcement of the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of JIA HUA Tien Giang Company Limited (My Phuoc town, Tan Phuoc district, Tien Giang province).
After a period of propaganda and mobilization, with the agreement of the Company's Board of Directors and the consensus of 102 workers, they unanimously wrote an application to join the Trade Union organization and the Tan Phuoc District Labor Federation issued a Decision to recognize union members and recognize the grassroots trade union of JIA HUA Tien Giang Company Limited.
On this occasion, the Tan Phuoc District Labor Federation appointed the provisional Executive Committee of the JIA HUA Tien Giang Company Limited's grassroots trade union with Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat as provisional chairman of the grassroots trade union.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thinh - Chairman of the Tan Phuoc District Labor Federation (Tien Giang Province) sent his congratulations to the workers participating in the Vietnam Trade Union and requested the Executive Board of the company's grassroots trade union to coordinate with the company's board of directors to perform well the function of caring for, representing, protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; Building harmonious labor relations, accompanying and helping businesses develop.
