On November 16, the Education Trade Union of Tien Giang province held a handover ceremony of "Union Shelter" to union member Phan Thi Ngoc Thuy - currently working at Tan Thoi Secondary and High School (Tan Phu Dong district, Tien Giang province).
Ms. Thuy's "Union Shelter" house was built with a total cost of 90 million VND. Of which, the Union Shelter fund supported 50 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family. In addition, the Tien Giang province Education Department supported 3 million VND to equip the family with essential items.
At the handover ceremony, Ms. Phan Thi Ngoc Thuy, on behalf of her family, expressed her joy and thanks for the attention and help of the Trade Union at all levels so that the family could have a solid house and did not forget to promise to try to work better in the near future.
Mr. Luu Nhon Duc - Chairman of the Education Trade Union of Tien Giang province congratulated Ms. Thuy on her new house. At the same time, he also hoped that Ms. Thuy and her family would continue to strive to improve their lives, save money to renovate the house and work hard at the unit, continuing to be attached to the Trade Union organization.

The program has brought about practical results, contributing positively to eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses and realizing the dream of settling down for workers.
