The contest attracted the participation of 362 contestants from 60 businesses. These are excellent candidates selected from competitions at the grassroots level. Of which, the profession with the most candidates participating is the Industrial Electricity profession with 67 candidates; Co2 welding and Han Tig have 63 candidates, Computer drawing and design with 48 candidates; Korean Electricity has 34 candidates; Phay CNC has 32 candidates; candidates from FDI enterprises account for 45%. The candidates have participated in all two parts of the theory and practice exam.
In the practical exam, although the time to approach and get acquainted with the machine in the exam area was not much, and there was psychological pressure, the candidates were calm and confident in demonstrating their mettle and skills to best perform their practical exam. Therefore, many candidates achieved very high results in this competition.
For the theory exam, although there are many difficulties in reviewing the theory, because candidates have to directly produce every day, and have few conditions to update the theory regularly and continuously. However, with high spirit, awareness and responsibility, candidates took advantage of extracurricular time to review and improve professional knowledge.
Based on the results, the Jury proposed that the Organizing Committee of the Competition grant Certificates and bonuses to 112 prize winners, including: 11 First prizes, 22 Second prizes, 33 Third prizes and 46 Encouragement prizes. In particular, the contestants who won first prizes in 11 competitions, in addition to the prize of 10 million VND, were also awarded Certificates of Merit by the Hanoi People's Committee.
2025 is the fourth time the Hanoi People's Committee and the Hanoi City Labor Federation have coordinated to organize the City-level Skilled Workers' Competition to honor highly skilled workers, good workers, and creative workers; contributing to improving the quality of human resources, increasing labor productivity, and competitiveness.
The contest is also an opportunity for workers in units and enterprises in the area to exchange and learn from experiences in labor and production, contributing to building a team of skilled technical workers with ethical qualities and industrial style, capable of meeting increasingly advanced and modern technology and production equipment and having the opportunity to set new records in labor productivity, progress and product quality.
