On November 23, the Phung Khoang Kindergarten Trade Union held its 4th Congress, term 2025-2030.
The report at the Congress said that in the 2023-2025 term, under the leadership of the Board of Directors, the direction of the superior Trade Union and the solidarity of the collective of cadres, union members, and workers, the Phung Khoang Kindergarten Trade Union strived to overcome difficulties and promote the achievements. In which, the Phung Khoang Kindergarten Trade Union always proactively grasps the thoughts and aspirations; promptly advises and coordinates with the school's Board of Directors to resolve arising issues; ensures a democratic, friendly and united working environment. Thereby doing a good job of protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Phung Khoang Kindergarten Trade Union strives for 100% of union members and workers to be propagandized and disseminated the Party's Directives, Resolutions, State policies and laws, the Trade Union Resolution, regulations and rules of the school; annually strive to be classified as a grassroots trade union that has completed its tasks well or better; introduce 3 outstanding union members for the Party to consider and admit; participate in Party building...
The Phung Khoang Kindergarten Trade Union Congress elected a new Executive Committee of 5 members. At the first meeting of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Phung Khoang Kindergarten, the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, Trade Union Inspection Committee, term IV, 2025-2030. As a result, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kien was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Truong Trade Union.
