District Labor Federation achieved 105% of the target for developing grassroots trade unions

Hanoi - Up to now, the Ba Dinh District Labor Federation has achieved 105% of the grassroots union development plan assigned by the Hanoi City Labor Federation.

Up to now, the Ba Dinh District Labor Federation has mobilized the establishment of 21 new grassroots unions with 1,118 union members; continuing to mobilize more workers at established grassroots unions, reaching 5,132 union members.

Most recently, in mid-November, the District Labor Federation launched 6 grassroots unions, including the grassroots unions: Private kindergarten “Fairy Age of Children”, Kindergarten First Steps, NU Vietnam Joint Stock Company; Forincons Investment Joint Stock Company, Branch of JIPYONG Vietnam Law Company Limited in Hanoi, JN Vietnam Renewable Energy Company Limited and admitted 146 union members.

This activity brings the number of grassroots trade unions directly managed by the District Labor Federation to 497 grassroots trade unions with 29,563 union members. Thus, the Ba Dinh District Labor Federation has achieved 105% of the grassroots trade union development plan and 104% of the union member development plan assigned by the City, contributing to the effective implementation of Resolution No. 05/NQ-LDLD dated April 15, 2024 of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Labor Federation (term XVII) on "Work on developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions in the period 2023 - 2028".
