The completion of 100% of grassroots Trade Union Congresses before the prescribed time not only demonstrates the determination and efforts of grassroots trade unions but also affirms the effective guiding and operating role of the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Trade Union.
Previously, implementing the instructions of the Hanoi City Labor Federation on organizing the grassroots Trade Union Congress, the Standing Committee of the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Trade Union proactively developed a plan and synchronously deployed tasks to serve the grassroots Trade Union Congress.
The ward union organized a conference to disseminate and guide the organization of grassroots union congresses, including key contents, clarify the process, principles, steps and points to note in organizing grassroots union congresses for the 2025 - 2030 term, to ensure the congress is held in accordance with regulations, practically and effectively.
Delegates were also issued the "Handbook of the 2025 - 2030 Grassroots Trade Union Congress", contributing to supporting grassroots trade unions to be more convenient in preparing content, personnel and organizing the Congress on schedule and with quality.
