Speaking at the contest, Ms. Vo Thi Thu Oanh - Vice President of Tra Vinh Provincial Federation of Labor - said that the contest is a healthy and useful playground, exchanging learning and exchanging experiences in work and life; promoting the ingenuity and creativity of male employees. Thereby contributing to raising the sense of responsibility of men in sharing family work, implementing gender equality, building a warm, progressive, happy and civilized family for employees.
The Vice President of the Tra Vinh Provincial Federation of Labor hopes that through the contest, the role and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in caring for the material and spiritual life, while protecting the legitimate and legal rights of employees in building Vietnamese families with good value standards imbued with national identity can be affirmed.

The contest attracted 44 teams from 20 units with 88 contestants who are male union members, employees working at agencies, units, and enterprises (where there are trade unions) in the province; male union members, employees of grassroots trade unions under the Central Trade Union stationed in Tra Vinh province; male officers and soldiers under the payroll of the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Provincial Police.
After 120 minutes of exciting competition, the Provincial Military Command excellently won the first prize; the second prize went to the Education Trade Union and the Cang Long District Labor Federation; the third prize went to the second prize of the Cang Long District Labor Federation, the Tra Cu District Labor Federation and the Cau Ke District Labor Federation.
