On May 29, the Party Cell of My Phong Leather and Footwear Company Limited (Tap Ngai commune, Vinh Long province) held a party member admission ceremony for 6 outstanding workers working at the company, raising the total number of party members of the party cell to 52 party members.
These are workers who have made many efforts in production labor, actively participate in emulation movements, well comply with regulations and rules of the enterprise and are trusted and introduced by the collective to join the ranks of the Party.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation and the Party Committee of Tap Ngai commune assessed that the work of developing party members among direct production workers is an important political task, contributing to building a contingent of workers "both red and specialized", with firm political bravery, good expertise, meeting the development requirements of the province.
At the same time, it is proposed that the Party Cell of My Phong Leather and Footwear Company Limited continue to improve the quality of Party organizations in enterprises; innovate the content and process of Party activities in accordance with the production and business activities of enterprises.
Thereby, promoting the pioneering role of the working class, contributing to building a clean and strong Party. The admission of outstanding workers into the Party at enterprises is also a practical activity to celebrate the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026 - 2031, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere among cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers.
