Dr. Ngo Ngoc Quang Minh, CKII, said that to have effective Party cell activities, it must first start from the specific professional characteristics of the unit, ensuring compliance with the principles of the Party and in accordance with the specific conditions of the hospital.

According to Mr. Minh, implementing Directive No. 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period, the unit has had many measures and improvements to innovate the method of organizing Party cell activities, taking emerging issues in the practice of medical examination and treatment, and the spirit of responsibility of party members as the focus of activities, helping party members clearly see that Party activities are not separate but closely linked to the daily work of doctors.

The content of Party cell activities should not only stop at thoroughly grasping the resolution, but must focus on discussing solutions to remove difficulties, orienting specific tasks and enhancing the responsibility of each party member" - Mr. Minh shared.

The most important experience drawn is to maintain internal solidarity on the basis of democracy, discipline and responsibility. All policies are discussed publicly, clearly assigning people and tasks, and monitoring the implementation results to the end. At the same time, promote the exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially heads.

Thanks to that, for many consecutive years, the Clinical Party Cell of Noi 2 block has excellently completed its tasks.

Mr. Minh emphasized that the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the health of patients is the measure of the leadership capacity of the Party organization at the grassroots level. When the head plays a good role as an example, the Party organization will be strong and create a spreading effect in the collective.

In his current role, Mr. Minh and the Party Committee collective focused on leading and directing important decisions in a timely manner, closely following reality, proactively removing difficulties in mechanisms, human resources, and equipment.
