Joining hands to support people in flooded areas
On the morning of November 24, Lao Dong Newspaper reporters recorded that in wards of Bao Loc city (old), volunteer groups are receiving rice, instant noodles, drinking water, necessities... contributed by people to load onto zero-dong trucks to the people in the flooded areas of the Central region.

On each volunteer bus, the words "Lam Dong cities towards the Central region" or "Lam Dong cities towards Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Gia Lai" make everyone feel overwhelmed with emotion.
At the relief points, volunteers each joined hands to receive, classify, and package chemical goods on trucks carrying heavy loads of blood.
The calls, the sound of placing the cargo box on the ground, the sound of the truck engine starting the engine... blend together into a warm heartbeat of humanity.

The cars left Lam Dong, heading towards Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak, Gia Lai and some flooded areas in the province such as D'ran, Cat Tien, Ka Do as the flow of love.
Ms. Pham Kieu Diem My - Head of SOS Bao Loc Group - shared: "This time, our group has 5 trucks, with about 50 tons of goods, necessities, drinking water... rolling to the people in the flooded areas of Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa. All goods and necessities were contributed by the people of Bao Loc with the group. People in flooded areas are in a very difficult situation, so our group must go immediately to help them overcome the disaster and difficulties soon".

Similarly, in coastal areas of Lam Dong, many people leave their homes with bags of rice, cardamom boxes, clothes... to contribute to charity groups. That warm air spread with each nod of the head and hand of many volunteers from volunteer groups.
Directions from the Central Government and support from the whole country
Together with volunteer groups, many agencies, units, organizations, unions and schools in Lam Dong province joined hands to mobilize resources to support people in flooded areas.
Subsecutive relief trucks left Lam Dong on the same day, carrying goods and the spirit of mutual love of the people. Not noisy, not ostentatious, but it is those simple gestures that contribute to warming up people in flooded areas.

While volunteer convoys rushed towards people in flooded areas, on November 21, 2025, the Politburo and the Secretariat issued Conclusion Notice No. 99-TB/TW, clearly stating the organization of five working groups to visit affected localities to inspect, direct and urge.
Sharing also comes from localities: Hanoi supports Gia Lai, Ho Chi Minh City supports Khanh Hoa, Hai Phong supports Dak Lak, Quang Ninh towards Lam Dong.

Central ministries and branches are required to mobilize maximum forces and means to access isolated areas, allocate support to the right subjects, control traffic and warn of landslides.
The Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Health simultaneously deployed forces and specialized equipment to transport relief, overcome landslides, and prevent epidemics.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front continues to mobilize international resources, calling on people to donate so that people in flooded areas can soon stabilize their lives. The national media is required to be updated continuously, ensuring that people and authorities have timely and accurate information.

Many localities in the Central and Central Highlands still have rain and landslides, but those trips carried a simple message "People in flooded areas are never alone".
The volunteer trucks continuously leave the relief goods receiving point and the image of Lam Dong people giving kindness and love to people in difficult times makes everyone feel warm.
Millions of arms turn to compatriots affected by storms and floods
Consecutive storms and floods caused by storms have caused many deaths, missing people, and injuries; many houses and production and business establishments have had their roofs blown off and suffered heavy damage. People across the Central and Northern mountainous provinces are struggling day and night to cope with floods and heavy losses in human lives and property that cannot be mentioned...
"A piece of food when hungry is worth a package when full", with the spirit of mutual love that has always been a beautiful image of the Vietnamese people, the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund calls on domestic and foreign philanthropists to join hands to share with people affected by floods to have food, clothing, shelter, students have books to go to school...
The Golden Heart Social Charity Fund would like to sincerely thank the precious feelings of agencies, businesses, and domestic and foreign philanthropists.
