On August 7, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee issued Notice No. 01 on the leaders of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the commune level, towards the Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2025 - 2030 term.
According to Thong Tri, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels are events of important socio-political significance, taking place in the context of Khanh Hoa implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of the political system and local government at two levels.
This is also an important milestone after socio-political organizations and mass associations are merged and reorganized under the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee requires Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of key tasks. In particular, it is necessary to continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies on mass mobilization work; raise awareness of the core political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in building the great national unity bloc.
The preparation of congress documents at all levels must be carefully implemented, ensuring widespread consultation from the Vietnam Fatherland Front, member organizations and people of all walks of life on the core contents of the draft political report.
Personnel work needs to ensure comprehensive and regular leadership of Party committees, in accordance with the regulations of the Party and State, the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the charter of socio-political organizations.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the new term must truly become a center of great solidarity, with innovative thinking, implementation capacity and ensuring inheritance and development.
Human resources need to have a suitable structure and ratio between the following components: non- Party members, ethnic groups, religions, intellectuals, artists, scientists, businessmen, and outstanding domestic and foreign individuals.
In particular, it is necessary to discover and introduce prestigious, capable and dedicated people to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and executive committees of socio-political organizations and mass organizations.
Along with that, the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies are assigned to direct the Party Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province to lead and guide their subordinate Party cells and organizations to prepare well for their congresses.
The Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee directs authorities at all levels and departments to coordinate and create favorable conditions for the congress to take place solemnly, effectively and on schedule.
The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee is responsible for appraising personnel work; The Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department preside over and guide propaganda work before, during and after the congress, creating an extensive and practical political activity to celebrate the event.
At the same time, these units will also appraise the content and documents of the congress and monitor and urge the implementation of the Thong Tri process.
