On July 2, the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor informed about the establishment of a ward union under the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Accordingly, based on the project of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on the arrangement and streamlining of the Vietnam Fatherland Front agency of the province. At the same time, rearrange socio-political organizations and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State.
In addition, based on Official Dispatch No. 4282/TLD-ToC dated June 13, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The content of the document clearly states the arrangement of the apparatus and personnel work for provincial-level trade unions, commune, ward and special zone trade unions.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation decided to establish 11 ward unions under Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation.
The functions and tasks of ward unions are implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Trade Union Law, the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and current legal documents of competent authorities.
The newly established ward unions include: Nha Trang Ward Union; Bac Nha Trang Ward Union; Tay Nha Trang Ward Union; Nam Nha Trang Ward Union, Cam Ranh Ward Union; Bac Cam Ranh Ward Union;
Cam Linh Ward Trade Union, Ba Ngoi Ward Trade Union; Ninh Hoa Ward Trade Union; Dong Ninh Hoa Ward Trade Union and Hoa Thang Ward Trade Union.
On June 30, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor issued a decision on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman; Member of the Inspection Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, term 2023 - 2028.
Accordingly, from July 1, the Executive Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has 21 new comrades; the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has 11 comrades.
Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (old), was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation for the new term.
On July 1, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province with 14 departments and affiliated public service units.
In which, the Trade Union Working Committee was established with 18 cadres and civil servants, headed by Mr. Bui Dang Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation.
At the same time, the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee was established with 9 cadres and civil servants, headed by Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Vice President of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation.
