On October 24, in Hanoi, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) - chaired a meeting and gave opinions on the first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030.
Also attending were Mr. Ma The Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province; leaders of departments and units of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province.
Presenting content related to the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress of Tuyen Quang province for the 2025-2030 term, Mr. Ha Trung Kien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - said that the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the commune level will be held on September 25-26, 2025. To date, 100% of commune-level units have completed the organization of the Congress. The Congress democratically elected over 7,000 members to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of communes and wards, of which 124 were Chairmen and 628 were Standing Committee members.
Regarding the draft political report submitted to the Congress, with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Corner - Innovation - Development", the Congress continues to "Promoting the revolutionary homeland tradition, the strength of great national unity; continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation; joining hands to build Tuyen Quang province to develop, firmly steadfastly in the era of national growth".
The draft political report submitted to the Congress sets out 12 main targets, 3 breakthroughs and 6 action programs for the entire term.
3 breakthroughs focus on improving the quality of supervision and social criticism, participating in Party and government building; building a united, prosperous and happy residential area; implementing the application of information technology and digital transformation in the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels in the province.
Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - highly appreciated the attention in leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in preparing for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at all levels in the province; at the same time, she praised the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province for actively and proactively following Directive No. 48-CT/TW, dated June 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat, the content of Guidelines related to the Congress work of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the directive document of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee to prepare for the content of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025 - 2030.
From the discussion opinions of delegates attending the meeting, Vice Chairwoman Ha Thi Nga suggested that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee study and accept comments from departments and units of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to complete the Document, ensuring the successful organization of the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025 - 2030.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga suggested that, based on the speech of General Secretary To Lam at the first Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations, the province should concretize the content of the speech into 6 action programs. In particular, it is necessary to specify the role and relative independence of socio-political organizations and mass organizations in the action programs for the 2025-2030 term.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga suggested that the general goal of the term must carry the breath and general trend of the country and strongly promote the spirit of great solidarity, solidarity and unity of the people in the whole province, determined to build Tuyen Quang province to develop, firmly in the era of national growth.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga also said that the choice of a breakthrough phase of the term needs to be linked to local implementation, especially the post-reorganization organizational model.
Regarding personnel at the Congress, Vice President Ha Thi Nga suggested that it is necessary to closely follow the content of the Central's guiding documents and demonstrate the identity of the Vietnam Fatherland Front through the image of each Committee member in the new term, worthy of being representatives of the voice and aspirations of the people in the whole province.
To create an enthusiastic and exciting atmosphere for all classes of people towards the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, Vice President Ha Thi Nga suggested that it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and mobilization activities before, during and after the Congress; coordinate the construction of websites, columns, reports, documentaries, and propaganda on social networking platforms... especially to propagate the position, role, and results of activities of the Provincial Front in the past time; orient the goals, directions, targets, and tasks in the 2025 - 2030 term on mass media to create a wide political activity among all classes of people.
