On December 17, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dak Lak province, term 2025-2030, the official session was solemnly held.
Participating were Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations... and nearly 300 delegates in the province.
Mr. Y Giang Gry Nie knong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee said that in the past term, despite many difficulties and challenges, the Fatherland Front at all levels and socio-political organizations... have strived to effectively organize and implement the coordination program to unify actions set forth by the 2024-2029 Congress.
Thereby, contributing practically to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. The work of mobilizing ethnic minorities and people with religions is focused on. The role of outstanding prestigious people is effectively promoted in propaganda work, mobilizing the People to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State.
From there, the People actively participate in socio-economic development, crime prevention and control, social evils; effectively implement the movement "All people protect national security".
According to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, implementing the emulation movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025", the unit has chaired and coordinated with relevant agencies to complete 100% of the plan, handing over 8,915 houses (building new and repairing). Of which, Phu Yen area (old) has 2,235 houses. The total mobilized budget through the "For the Poor" Fund participating in the program reached 266.825 billion VND.
The material and spiritual life of rural people is increasingly improved. Up to now, after the merger, the whole province has 26/88 communes meeting new rural standards. Of which, 4 communes have met advanced new rural standards.
The work of mobilizing and supporting the poor is one of the regular and key tasks of the Front at all levels in the province. To date, the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels has mobilized 386.410 billion VND, of which the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses alone reached 266.825 billion VND.
From this fund, the Front at all levels visited and presented thousands of gifts to poor households with a total cost of 35.731 billion VND; built 768 Great Unity houses worth 37.619 billion VND; supported livelihoods for poor households and near-poor households (trees, seeds, production materials...) with a cost of 10.368 billion VND.
The political report of the Congress determined that in the coming term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province and socio-political organizations at all levels will continue to effectively implement the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; promote supervision and social criticism; participate in giving comments on Party and State building; be a bridge between the people and Party committees and authorities; be the core in gathering and united all classes of people, creating consensus and strengthening trust in society.
100% of Party members, cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations at all levels have thoroughly grasped, studied, and fully propagated the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the Front's work program.
Each year, organize mobilization and donate resources to support the "For the Poor" Fund and social security to increase by at least 10% compared to the previous year. During the term, strive to support the construction of at least 1,000 new Great Solidarity houses for poor and near-poor households in the province.
Units strive to mobilize and support at least 1,000 poor and near-poor households to escape poverty sustainably through livelihood development models in the period of 2025-2030.
The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dak Lak province, term 2025 - 2030 with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Consensus - Innovation - Development", the Congress called on the entire Front system at all levels and all classes of people to promote revolutionary traditions, join hands and hearts under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee.
At the same time, promote patriotic emulation movements, campaigns, and effectively implement social supervision and criticism to contribute to the completion of socio-economic development goals, ensuring national defense and security; improve the material and spiritual life of the people; contribute to the successful implementation of the goal: "rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness, and civilization".
