Implementing the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" for the period 2021 - 2025 and the Program to mobilize support to build schools for border communes, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - signed and issued Instruction 14/HD-MTTW-BTT to the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities, member organizations of the Front to organize the activities of the "For the Poor" Peak Month in 2025.
The peak month "For the Poor" takes place from October 17 to November 18, 2025. The content of the Instruction clearly states that the implementation of the peak month "For the poor" in 2025 aims to strengthen the great national unity bloc, promote the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, create an exciting atmosphere to practically celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025) and the National Great Unity Festival, celebrate the 14th National Party Congress, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Focus on propaganda to raise awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors and businesses, organizations and individuals to participate in helping the poor and poor communities; support the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels and social security programs, contributing to the emulation movement "For the Poor - No one is left behind" and the program to mobilize support to build schools for border communes.
Along with that, it is necessary to organize and implement programs, events, and activities suitable to local conditions and situations to call for and mobilize resources to help the poor, near-poor, people in especially difficult circumstances, poor communities, prioritize areas affected by storms and floods, remote areas, border areas, and islands.
The content of the Instruction also requires that activities need to have unified coordination between the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee with state agencies and member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to avoid duplication in the work of mobilizing and implementing support for the poor.
For propaganda work, the Guidelines require media agencies of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations to coordinate with mass media agencies to propagate the activities of the "For the Poor" Peak Month in 2025, outstanding results in mobilizing and helping the poor; setting typical examples for the poor and poor communities to strive to escape poverty sustainably; localities have made many efforts in implementing the national target program for sustainable poverty reduction.
Propagate, introduce, honor, and recognize the practical contributions, support, and assistance of enterprises, organizations, and individuals to the poor, poor households, and poor communities through supporting the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels; coordinate with member organizations of the Front to propagate the results of helping union members and poor members of their organizations; results of participating in mobilizing and contributing to the construction of the "For the Poor" Fund and social security programs in the locality.
Regarding the organization of forms of mobilization and assistance to the poor through organizing activities and events to call for and mobilize support for the "For the Poor" Fund and social security activities, the Instruction requests the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels to develop a Plan to organize activities during the "For the Poor" Peak Month in accordance with the local situation, in order to create resources to help poor households, near-poor households, households in especially difficult circumstances, poor communities; prioritize support for subjects in particularly difficult communes, border areas, areas affected by storms and floods, remote areas.
Coordinate to mobilize agencies, organizations, individuals, corporations, businesses, entrepreneurs, ... to effectively implement social security programs in the form of direct or support with specific addresses according to the proposal of organizations and businesses. At the same time, strengthen the inspection and supervision of the organization, mobilization and support of the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels to ensure compliance with regulations.
For socio-political organizations, the Instruction clearly states: Based on the actual situation in their agencies and units, there should be appropriate forms of propaganda and mobilization. Issue documents guiding and guiding the system of organizations to coordinate in implementing the Peak Month "For the Poor" and mobilize cadres, union members, and members to support the Fund "For the Poor" at all levels. Coordinate with the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and local authorities to implement the program of building Great Unity houses, eliminating dilapidated houses, supporting livelihoods... for poor households who are union members and members of their organizations.
From the implementation results, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities have appropriate forms to commend, honor and reward individuals and groups with good achievements in propaganda and mobilization to help the poor; units, enterprises, organizations and individuals at home and abroad with many achievements in supporting the "For the Poor" Fund and social security to contribute to the implementation of the country's sustainable poverty reduction work on the occasion of the "For the Poor" Peak Month in 2025.
