On July 27, the Immigration Department of Hue City Police in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Huong Thuy Ward and SCAVI Hue Company held a groundbreaking ceremony to repair the shrine of martyr Le Thuc, martyr Le Nai and Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Quyen - managed and worshipped by the family of Ms. Le Thiem (born in 1941, residing in Huong Thuy Ward).
The units have contributed 50 million VND to support Mrs.em's family to stabilize their housing and continue to pay tribute to the heroes and martyrs. The project is expected to be completed on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2, the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.
At the same time, the Youth Union and the Women's Union of the Immigration Department coordinated with Hue Central Hospital to organize a training course on tissue and organ donation and dissemination of laws in Chan May - Lang Co commune.
The delegation also organized free medical examinations and distribution to more than 400 elderly and sick people in the locality and presented 100 gifts to households in especially difficult circumstances.
