The national final round of the "Proud of Vietnam" contest was chaired by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.
Attending and encouraging the teams in the final race were Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (VFF), Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Bui Quang Huy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union.
The "Vietnam Pride" contest was chaired by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, launched in March 2025, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification, the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). The contest was widely and creatively implemented, becoming a political activity of great significance among union members, youth and people of all walks of life.
With the strong application of information technology, especially through the Vietnam Youth application platform, the contest attracted strong responses with nearly 5 million contestants participating in online weekly rounds on 2 platforms: website http://baocaovien.vn of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and the Vietnam Youth Application, contributing to educating historical traditions, fostering patriotism, national pride and firmly strengthening the belief of the young generation in the leadership of the Party, on the path to socialism of the country.

After the exciting weekly competition and the semi-final round, the contest selected the 5 best teams to participate in the National Finals of the online contest "Proud of Vietnam" in Hanoi, including: Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Vietnam Fatherland Front Youth Union and Central Youth Union, Army Youth Union, Government Youth Union and Vinh Long Provincial Youth Union. The Final Round went through 5 rounds of competition including: River Gas Fireworks; Decoding History; Pride of Vietnam; Steadfastly Continuing the Step; The Era of Rising.
At the end of the national final round, the Organizing Committee of the contest awarded the first prize to the Military Youth Union; the second prize to the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union; the third prize to the Fatherland Front Youth Union, Central organizations and 2 consolation prizes to units.
The individual prize was awarded to contestant Nguyen Quang Tuyen - Secretary of the People's Security Youth Union, Dong Thap Provincial Police - the contestant with the highest total score in 8 weeks of competition.
The organizing committee also awarded a prize to the provincial delegation with the highest proportion of union members and young people participating, which is the Vinh Long provincial delegation. The prizes include a Certificate of Merit from the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and a prize worth VND 10,000,000.
