Mr. Ngo Van Cuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions attended and spoke at the Congress.
In the period of 2020-2025, the Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children will inherit and promote the tradition of the Association, perform well the tasks of the Association, lead cadres and Party members to effectively organize key programs to bring efficiency and great support resources to beneficiaries. Many good, innovative models, new and creative ways of doing things bring practical results. The Association's activities have been based on the grassroots, connecting with many organizations, organizations, and individuals to support and help children with disabilities and children in special circumstances.
The Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children shall complete the targets set by the Resolution of the Congress of the Party Cell of the Association in all areas of politics, ideology, organization and building of the Party, leaders, cadres and Party members in the Association shall successfully complete the assigned political tasks. The Party Cell of the Association Agency will develop tasks and solutions on Party building work, and lead the implementation of the Association's professional tasks well.
In which, implementing measures to merge, consolidate, streamline, and improve the effectiveness of the Association's activities according to the Project of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations; reviewing the functions, tasks, arranging and streamlining the organizational structure and staff in the Association organization; promoting the role of the Association, performing tasks, improving the effectiveness of social organizations, improving the operational capacity of cadres and members, being proactive and creative of association establishments.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Ngo Van Cuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions acknowledged the positive results that the Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children has achieved in the 2020 - 2025 term.
Mr. Ngo Van Cuong affirmed that the Party Cell has led and directed the effective implementation of Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. The collective of cadres and party members in the Party Cell is always steadfast in Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's ideology, absolutely confident in the leadership of the Party, strictly implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws. The Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children has actively innovated leadership methods, promoted democracy, promoted collective intelligence, and associated Party building with political tasks.
Along with that, the Party Cell has promoted the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to become a regular job for each cadre and Party member associated with the work of building and rectifying the Party and the clean and strong political system; caring for disabled children to become "Happy House", building typical examples of members "For disabled children" and the annual program "Lighting up trust for children". These are specific actions to study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, encouraging the spread of good deeds and good people.
Mr. Ngo Van Cuong suggested that the Party Cell of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children Agency should continue to improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength and quality of the Party Cell's activities; build a truly clean Party Cell that is comprehensively strong in politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres; promote the core political role of the Party organization in the unit, contributing to building and developing the Vietnam Fatherland Front system, socio-political organizations and mass organizations at all levels.
At the same time, continue to arrange and perfect the streamlined, effective and efficient organizational apparatus; promote digital transformation in Party building and professional activities. Innovation in content and methods of operation, improving the effectiveness of inspection, supervision and enforcement of party discipline; resolutely preventing and combating corruption and negativity. Proactively grasp public opinion, resolutely fight against erroneous views, protect the Party's ideological foundation, strengthen trust and social consensus.
At the Congress, representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations appointing to participate in the Party Cell Committee and Party Cell Secretary of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Ngo Sach Thuc, Party Cell Secretary of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children for the 2020-2025 term, and Chairman of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children was appointed to join the Party Cell Committee and hold the position of Party Cell Secretary of the Vietnam Association for the Relief of Disabled Children for the 2025-2030 term.
