At the Congress, the leaders of the Central Youth Union announced the Decision on appointing the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lao Cai province for the first term, 2025 - 2030, including 40 members; the Standing Committee is 13 members.
Appointed Mr. Ha Duc Hai - Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union to continue to hold the position of Secretary of the new Provincial Youth Union. The Deputy Secretaries include Mr. Hoang Manh Linh, Mr. Trieu Tri Loc, Mr. Dong Manh Linh, Ms. Duong Thi Vui.
