Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (FFF), Central organizations, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front attended and spoke at the conference.
Accordingly, the 12th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee discussed and gave opinions on 4 groups of important issues of strategic significance to the country's development, including: Preparations for the 14th National Congress of the Party; political and legal basis, goals for reform and innovation of the country in the coming time; personnel work and other important contents according to the working regulations of the Party Central Committee.
The Central Executive Committee has agreed on the direction of personnel work of the 14th National Congress of the Party; basically agreed on a number of proposals of the Government Party Committee on a number of new issues raised in practice in implementing the Resolutions of the 12th Party Central Committee and the Conclusion of the 6th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; reviewed and commented on reports on the implementation results of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee from November 2024 to July 2025;
Preparations for the 14th National Congress of the Party; the country's situation in the first 6 months of 2025; important tasks that the Politburo has resolved since the 11th Central Conference to the 12th Central Conference and some key tasks to the 13th Central Conference; new developments in the world and regional situation since the 11th Central Conference and the viewpoints and policies of the Party and State.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga also mentioned the content of the recent conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat on continuing to implement the tasks to ensure the organizational structure of the 2 -level administrative unit operating smoothly and effectively, which refers to the Politburo, the Secretariat assigned the Fatherland Front Committee, the central organizations in charge and coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee and the relevant organizations to organize the Organization of the Politburo. The apparatus of all socio-political organizations, the mass associations assigned by the Party and the State at the central and provincial levels to have the basis of the corresponding and appropriate party organization of each socio-political organization, the mass association, ensuring the comprehensive leadership and direction of the Party organization with the socio-political organization in accordance with the Regulation No. 253-QD/TW and the Regulation No. 25 The arrangement before August 31, 2025).
Along with that, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations lead, direct and guide the arrangement, consolidation, merger and establishment of mass associations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial and commune levels; Preside over research and consultation with the Politburo on innovation and strengthening the Party's leadership over mass associations (replacing Directive No. 17-CT/TW, dated August 28, 2012); preside over research and consultation on amending and supplementing Decision No. 118-QD/TW, dated August 22, 2023 of the Secretariat on promulgating the Regulations on the organization and operation of mass associations assigned by the Party and State at the Central level.
According to Ms. Ha Thi Nga, the new apparatus of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has officially come into operation after a period of urgent arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus. Therefore, each cadre and party member in the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front needs to have a firm grasp of the new apparatus, unite, join hands, and operate the apparatus in a unified manner in the direction of increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency, contributing to creating development momentum in the current practical situation.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga affirmed that the 12th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee has a special significance, marking an important step in the preparation process for the 14th National Congress of the Party. The conference results clearly demonstrate the spirit of innovation in thinking, drastic action, solidarity, democracy, discipline, creativity, and development.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga requested Party committees, Party cells, leaders of departments, units and each cadre and Party member to continue to propagate and disseminate the basic content of the results of the 12th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee to cadres and Party members; thereby, creating high unity in ideology, awareness and action for the contents discussed and approved by the Central Committee.
