Inside the bag was nearly 70 million VND in cash and some personal papers.

With activeness, effort, and high sense of responsibility, Task Force 113 found and identified the owner of the bag as Ms. Nguyen Thi O (born in 1995, in Chau Son ward, Ninh Binh province).
Task force 113 contacted and invited her to the police headquarters to carry out procedures to return her property.
