Ho Chi Minh City continues to transport 15 tons of relief goods to Khanh Hoa people, including food, drinking water, life jackets and essential necessities.

On the afternoon of November 22, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City said that the unit will continue to transport about 15 tons of relief goods, promptly supporting people in Khanh Hoa province. The bus departs at 4:00 p.m. the same day, including: 1,200 gift bags (water, milk, cakes, sausages, canned items...), 160 boxes of noodles, 80 boxes of water, 10 boxes of sausages and canned items, 20 50 kg sacks of rice and 548 life jackets.

According to records, from the evening of November 21 to now, a large number of people have brought relief goods to reception points in Ho Chi Minh City, joining hands to support people in flood-affected areas. The receiving force classified, recorded and brought the goods to the packaging area for timely transportation.

Previously, promoting the tradition of "City of gratitude - for the whole country, with the whole country", the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City launched an emergency reception of clothes and necessities to support people in flood-affected areas, focusing on people in Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Lam Dong provinces and some neighboring localities affected.

The unit called on agencies, units, organizations, businesses, religions, armed forces, union members, members of organizations and people of all walks of life in the city to support clothes and essential necessities. At the same time, encourage support for temporary household items after the flood such as sandals, socks, towels, soap, detergent, environmental sanitation solutions, masks, oils, and some common medicines according to the instructions of the health sector.

All goods will be inspected, classified, packaged by type and size by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and other units before being transported to damaged localities, ensuring the right place, right person, right need.

The second phase of the program will be accepted until the morning of November 24 to provide additional support for areas that are still isolated, deeply flooded, and have long-term difficulties.
