Ready for the first Party Congress
Mr. Ndu Ha Bien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dam Rong 2 Commune (Lam Dong Province) said that immediately after announcing the decision to establish a new administrative unit, the locality started operating the government apparatus.
According to Mr. Ha Bien, in the first days of operation, the workload was very large. The commune government focuses on arranging the apparatus, perfecting the political system and arranging appropriate personnel to ensure effective operations.
Along with that, administrative procedures are resolved promptly, without interruption, serving people right from the first days of establishment. To date, the commune has received more than 190 administrative records and procedures; of which more than 40 records were resolved ahead of schedule.
Another important task is to prepare to organize the 1st Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. In recent days, the entire local political system has focused on completing preparations for this event.
Mr. Ha Bien said that in the 2025 - 2030 term, Dam Rong 2 commune aims to build a clean and strong Party and political system; promote the will and aspiration to contribute of cadres, party members and the strength of national solidarity; effectively exploit all resources for rapid and sustainable development.
In terms of economy, the commune strives to achieve an average GRDP growth rate of over 11%/year; by 2030, the average income will reach 110 - 120 million VND/person/year. Expected economic structure: Agriculture - forestry - fishery accounts for about 45%, services account for about 35% by 2030.

Together with the government towards the Party Congress
Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dam Rong 2 commune - Mr. Dinh Huy Thang said that the local government and people of all walks of life are organizing many meaningful and exciting activities towards the 1st Commune Party Congress.
According to Mr. Thang, the project of more than 800 meters of concrete road to the production area of village 2, with a total cost of 3 billion VND, is being accelerated to put into use in time. Notably, 10 households have voluntarily donated more than 5,000m2 of land (worth more than 700 million VND) and 500 commercial coffee trees (worth more than 300 million VND) to serve the project.
In addition, agencies, units and villages in the area have also simultaneously launched a general environmental cleaning campaign.
Cadres, Party members, soldiers of the armed forces and people participated in collecting garbage, clearing forest dust, taking care of trees, hanging national flags on roads, residential areas... creating an exciting atmosphere before the Congress.
The village elder of Kon Sa La Phin shared: "People are very excited and unanimously look forward to this Congress. We believe and hope that the decisions from the Congress will help people's lives be prosperous, bringing communes and houses to sustainable development".
