Promoting the strength of great unity from the grassroots level
In the context of Quang Ninh achieving many socio-economic achievements and improving people's lives, the Front's work continues to affirm its core role in consolidating the great national unity bloc.
The Fatherland Front at all levels in Quang Ninh promotes propaganda, mobilization, and diversification of forms of information access, applying digital transformation, thereby creating social consensus and mobilizing people to participate in local development tasks.
In particular, the Great National Unity Festival is held at 100% of residential areas, becoming a highlight connecting the community, spreading the spirit of mutual affection, preserving cultural identity and consolidating people's trust in the Party and State.
Through major campaigns such as "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized cities", the Quang Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front has ignited the spirit of emulation and creativity among the people. People actively participate in donating land, contributing working days, building infrastructure, protecting the environment, maintaining security and order... contributing to the formation of model, civilized, and modern residential areas.
Notably, from the beginning of 2026 to now, thousands of square meters of land have been voluntarily donated by people, creating ground for hundreds of essential infrastructure projects to be implemented.
Social security work has been effectively implemented, with hundreds of thousands of gifts given to people in difficult circumstances, hundreds of Great Solidarity houses built and repaired. Quang Ninh has also eliminated 100% of temporary houses and newly arising dilapidated houses, no more poor households according to current standards, creating a foundation for building a prosperous and happy community.
Towards the goal of sustainable and happy development
Building a united, prosperous, and happy residential area is one of the new key programs of the VFF.
Many self-management models in the community have been replicated such as: "Self-managed residential areas on urban order", "Traffic culture", "Digital literacy"... contributing to raising community awareness, strengthening social cohesion and building a safe and civilized living environment.
At the same time, the Fatherland Front at all levels also focuses on promoting democracy at the grassroots level.
Despite achieving many positive results, the implementation of the program to build a united, prosperous, and happy residential area still has some limitations such as lacking outstanding highlights, and the participation of a part of the population is not high.
According to Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province - in the coming time, the Quang Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front determines to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, strongly focusing on grassroots levels; taking people's satisfaction as a measure of effectiveness.
At the same time, strengthen coordination with the government and member organizations, mobilize social resources to improve the quality of material and spiritual life for the people.
