The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9 - 10 (75 - 102 km/h), gusting to level 12; moving northeast at a speed of about 10 km/h.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move northeast at a speed of about 20 - 25 km/h and gradually weaken into a tropical depression. At 4:00 a.m. on July 26, the center of the storm was at about 20.8 degrees north latitude; 123.5 degrees east longitude, in the northeastern sea of Luzon Island (Philippines). The intensity has decreased to level 6, gust level 8.
The danger zone is determined to be from 15 to 20 degrees north latitude, east of 119.5 degrees east longitude. The disaster risk level is level 3 for the affected area, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea.
It is forecasted that in the next 36 hours, the tropical depression will continue to move northeast at a speed of 25 - 30 km/h and gradually weaken into a low pressure area. At 4:00 p.m. on July 26, the center of the low pressure area was at about 24.0 degrees north latitude; 125.1 degrees east longitude. Intensity below level 6.
Regarding the impact of the storm, today, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea will have strong winds of level 7 - 8, the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 9 - 10, gusts of level 12; waves 4 to 6 meters high. The sea is very rough.
