On the night of December 11 and December 12, the sea area east of the North East Sea (including the east of the Hoang Sa special zone) will have winds of level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8; rough seas; wave height of 2 - 4 m.
In addition, on the night of December 11 and December 12, the sea area from Ca Mau to An Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 6 - 7.
On the night of December 12 and the morning of December 13, the sea area east of the North East Sea (including the sea area east of the Hoang Sa special zone) will have strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7-8; waves 2-4 m high; rough seas.
From noon and afternoon of December 13, in the Gulf of Tonkin, there will be strong northeast winds of level 7, sometimes level 8, gusting to level 9; rough seas; waves 2 - 4 m high.
The North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone) will have northeast winds gradually increasing to level 7 - 8, gusting to level 9 - 10; rough seas; waves 4 - 6 m high.
On the evening of December 13, the sea area from South Quang Tri to Da Nang and the sea area north of the central East Sea will have strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8; rough seas; waves 3 - 5 m high.
The sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau has strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8; rough seas; waves 2 - 4 m high.
The meteorological agency warns that the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
