In Hanoi, it is forecasted that there will be no rain at night, sunny days, and cold weather. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is generally 13 - 15 degrees Celsius.
Cold weather is likely to affect livestock and poultry; affecting the growth and development of crops. Heavy rain is likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes.

At sea, from the evening and night of November 24, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the northeast wind will gradually increase to level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8, rough seas, waves 2 - 4m high.
