The area from Nghe An to Quang Ngai will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms on the night of October 19, locally very heavy rain; from October 20, there will be moderate rain, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Other areas will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a statement on notable weather trends in some areas from the night of October 21 to October 29.
The Northern region will have rain in some places, sunny days. Cold at night and morning, some mountainous areas are cold.
The North and Central Central regions will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; especially the Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai area from around October 23 there is a possibility of a widespread heavy rain.
Other areas will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
