The area from Thanh Hoa to Binh Dinh has moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
Other areas have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the afternoon and evening there are scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Weather forecast from the night of October 22 to October 30
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a forecast of notable weather trends in some areas from the night of October 22 to October 30.
The Northern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms on the night of October 22 and the morning of October 23, with some heavy rain in some places; then some rain in some places, sunny during the day. The night and morning will be cold, with some places in the mountains being cold. From October 24 to 30, the weather will be mostly sunny; the highest temperature will not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.
The area from South Nghe An to Binh Dinh will have moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain until October 23, then scattered rain and thunderstorms. From October 25, the above area will have showers and thunderstorms in some places.
In the South Central, Central Highlands and Southern regions, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain until October 24. From October 25 to October 30, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
