The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (August 16) in areas across the country.
The Northeast region, Lao Cai, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms. The Central and Southern highlands will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 23-25 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 29-31 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. Light wind. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 23-25 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 27-30 degrees Celsius.
