The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tomorrow (October 30) in the regions.
Accordingly, the Northern region has scattered rain; cold at night and in the morning, some places are freezing. The lowest temperature in the North is about 17 - 20 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas, some places are below 17 degrees Celsius.
The area from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai has moderate rain, heavy rain, and locally very heavy rain.
The Central Highlands and the South have scattered showers and thunderstorms concentrated in the afternoon and evening.
