    Ninh Binh - The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has just issued a decision to fine Hankook Al Tec Vina Company Limited (belonging to Dong Van I Industrial Park) VND450 million.

    Accordingly, Hankook Al Tec Vina Company Limited (in Dong Van I Industrial Park, Dong Van Ward, Ninh Binh Province) committed an administrative violation of "No decision approving the results of the appraisal of the environmental impact assessment report according to regulations".

    The total amount of fines is 450 million VND, according to the provisions of Point c, Clause 2, Article 13 of Decree No. 45/2022/ND-CP dated July 7, 2022 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the field of environmental protection.
