The Commune Military Command mobilized 2 groups with 20 officers and soldiers of the DQTT to support people in moving property, warning of deep flooded areas and supporting people to cross dangerous flooded points.
Functional forces continue to monitor the situation, ready to mobilize for rescue when necessary.
In Hong Son commune, the amount of water pouring into Suoi Da Lake is large, causing the lake to open a regulating spillway with a flow rate of 3 - 5m3/s, causing localized flooding in some areas in Long Thanh village.
The Military Command (CHQS) of the commune mobilized forces to coordinate the relocation of 4 isolated households to a safe village hall.
By 10 pm on September 23, Song Quao reservoir discharged floodwater with a flow rate of 50 - 120m3/s. Hong Son Commune Military Command continued to monitor the situation, ready to mobilize for rescue when necessary.
In Bac Binh commune, heavy rain lasted from September 22-24, causing localized flooding in Phan Hoa village area at about 6:30 am on September 24. The Commune Military Command mobilized 1 officer and 10 DQTT soldiers to support people in moving property to safe places.
In the Kim Binh residential group area, the water flow from flood discharged lakes at night was large, causing about 20 households along the Cai River to be flooded.
The Commune Military Command coordinates with forces to use boats and baskets to support people in moving, clearing and moving property when necessary.
Meanwhile, in Tan Lap commune, heavy rain in the early morning of September 24 caused landslides of about 320m2 of dragon fruit land of a household in An Vinh village.
The Commune Military Command has sent forces to grasp the situation, support households and report to the Commune Civil Defense Command on support plans to overcome the consequences.
In Hoa Thang commune, prolonged heavy rain also caused landslides in the early morning of September 24. The landslide point is about 5m wide, 15m long, and did not cause any casualties.
The Hoa Thang Commune Military Command reported to the Commune Civil Defense Command, coordinated with the police and local forces to support people to overcome the consequences.
