On July 17, the People's Committee of Mui Ne ward (Lam Dong province) said that it had deployed forces to dismantle the canopies, temporary huts, and stalls occupied by individuals along Xuan Thuy street for illegal business.
According to the People's Committee of Mui Ne ward, previously the locality had notified and requested individuals to voluntarily dismantle and relocate shacks and tents serving illegal business activities in the beach area in front of a tourist area.
This must be completed by the end of June 2026. However, after this deadline, some cases still do not comply.

To ensure the management and proper use of the public beach area, maintain urban beauty and tourism environment, the Ward People's Committee has directed functional forces to coordinate in organizing the dismantling of violating works and items according to regulations.
During the implementation process, functional forces made records for violations, and at the same time dismantled all roofs, temporary huts, tents and encroached items, returning clear space to the beach.

According to local authorities, the erection of canopies, temporary huts, and tents for illegal business on the beach not only damages the aesthetics, affects the environment and image of tourist destinations, but also violates regulations on land management, construction order and environmental protection.
Resolutely handling violations is expected to contribute to restoring order in the beach area, protecting the natural landscape, improving the quality of the tourism environment and building the image of Mui Ne as civilized, clean, and friendly in the eyes of tourists.
