In the highlands of Lao Cai, many people are familiar with the image of Captain Ha Van Nhat - an officer of Sa Pa Ward Police - appearing on social networking platforms with short, vivid and close legal propaganda videos.
These media products not only attract millions of views but also contribute to narrowing the gap between the police force and the people.
In the uniform of the People's Police, the soldier born in 1993 regularly appears in propaganda videos about fire prevention and fighting, traffic safety, anti-fraud in tourism or legal regulations related to daily life.

Captain Ha Van Nhat said that each product starts from practical problems arising during the working process.
Cases that occur in the area, new methods and tricks of criminals, or situations that people often encounter are all materials for building content.
After studying the legal regulations, we convey them in short videos, situation sketches, graphics or animations in a familiar and easy-to-understand language so that people can easily receive and remember them," Captain Nhat shared.
Currently, Captain Ha Van Nhat's TikTok account has more than 26,000 followers. Many videos achieved high interactions such as "Drinking poppy wine, test positive?" with about 1.5 million views or "No football betting in any form" reaching more than 1.2 million views.

According to Captain Nhat, in the process of creating content, he always puts himself in the viewer's position to answer the question: "What do people need to know and how to convey it so that they watch it to the end, remember the message?". Therefore, videos always aim for accuracy, easy understanding and high applicability.
In addition, he proactively applies digital platforms and artificial intelligence (AI) in script building, image design, voice acting and video editing, thereby shortening production time while still ensuring content quality.
Propaganda videos of Sa Pa Ward Police are posted on Facebook, Zalo, TikTok and YouTube, attracting a large number of people to follow, share and interact.

Not only stopping at views, many people actively tagged relatives, shared videos with friends and exchanged about the legal content being propagated.
More importantly, people's awareness of crime prevention, fire prevention and fighting, and traffic safety has been clearly raised; many people proactively provide information and coordinate with the police force in ensuring security and order.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Chung - Head of Sa Pa Ward Police - said that the innovation of propaganda forms on digital platforms has created a positive effect, suitable for tourist areas with many tourists and ethnic minorities living such as Sa Pa.
According to Senior Lieutenant Colonel Chung, the videos not only help disseminate the law quickly but also contribute to orienting public opinion, fighting against false information, and building an image of a close, friendly and modern police officer.
