Quang Binh - Mr. Hoang Dung Trang's family thanked Phu Canh commune police for quickly finding their lost daughter in just 3 hours.

On March 24, Quang Binh Provincial Police said that Phu Canh Commune Police had just received a thank you letter from the people for helping to search for relatives.

The family of Mr. Hoang Dung Trang (residing in Truong Long village, Phu Canh commune, Quang Trach district) wrote a letter of thanks to the Phu Canh commune police force after being helped to find their missing relatives for a short time.

In the thank you letter, Mr. Trang emotionally shared: "Our family is extremely grateful to the Phu Canh Commune Police for their enthusiasm in work, not afraid of difficulties and hardships, for helping our family find our daughter quickly... Since the regular police force has come to the commune, the security and order situation in the locality has become increasingly stable, creating trust among the people in the People's Police force in general and Phu Canh Commune Police in particular".

Previously, on the morning of March 12, 2025, Phu Canh Commune Police received a report from Mr. Hoang Dung Trang about his daughter, H.T.N.L (born in 2000), leaving home with an unidentified person that L met through social networks. Because L had an intellectual disability, the family was worried about the risk of kidnapping.

Immediately after receiving the report, Phu Canh Commune Police immediately deployed professional measures, urgently verified the information and traced it. After only 3 hours, the police identified the person who drove L as Tran Tuan Anh (born in 2001). At the time of discovery, Tuan Anh and L were in Hoa Hieu ward (Thai Hoa town, Nghe An province).

Through verification, Phu Canh Commune Police clarified that L arbitrarily met Tuan Anh to ask him to find a job. To ensure L's safety, the police force coordinated with Hoa Hieu Ward Police to pick her up and return her to her family.
