PC Hoa Binh has proactively made a specific plan to create practical connections, directly aiming at supporting and helping people and businesses. Accordingly, PC Hoa Binh has been implementing: Free electrical system inspection, consulting on economical and efficient electricity use for service business customers; Free meter installation, transformer station cleaning for businesses; Support for new power supply, repair and maintenance of electrical systems after the meter.
At the same time, instruct and propagate about electrical safety in daily life and production; Repair and install new electrical systems for poor households and policy families. Support transformer testing for customers; Coordinate the implementation of the program to light up rural roads. Give gifts to large customers, etc.
With many meaningful and practical activities, the program "Customer Appreciation Month" has been implemented and received support from a large number of customers.
