On December 5, the Office of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province informed that the People's Committee of the province has issued a decision on changing the purpose of forest use to another purpose to implement the Quang Tien - Thinh Minh Road project, Hoa Binh city (phase 1).
Accordingly, the total area of the decision to change the purpose of forest use to another purpose is 7.97 hectares (the area of planted forest has been adjusted outside the planning of three types of forests).
Location of forest use purpose change in Hoa Binh city. Of which, Hop Thanh commune 2.15ha; Thinh Minh commune 4.43ha; Quang Tien commune 1.39ha.
It is known that the Quang Tien - Thinh Minh Road project in Hoa Binh city is invested by the Project Management Board of construction of traffic works in Hoa Binh province with a total investment of 430 billion VND from the provincial budget.
