HUE - Hue University of Education and Hue University of Law received hundreds of millions of VND and thousands of gifts of necessities, quickly sent to people in flooded areas.

In recent days, the University of Education (University of Hue) has become a point of receiving goods and launching a call for support for people in flooded areas. In a short time, cadres, lecturers, students and people have contributed about 100 million VND, 300kg of rice, 500 boxes of noodles, 400 boxes of mineral water and many clothes and necessities to the Central provinces.

Dr. Le Ho Son - Principal of the University of Education said that the school always promotes the spirit of sharing, humanity, and accompanies people in disaster areas.

The school calls on cadres, civil servants, and former students to join hands to support with the desire to contribute to help people overcome the difficult period, said Mr. Son.

Amidst the busy atmosphere of classifying goods, student Ho Thi Nhung ( Primary Education) shared: Hue people have had the whole country join hands during floods. Now that the South Central provinces are in trouble, as students, if they have the strength, they must contribute to sharing with the people".

At the University of Law (Hue University), the spirit of mutual love is also strongly spread. Up to now, the school has received 200 million VND and many necessities. On November 24, two trucks carrying support goods left for the flooded area of Phu Yen (old).

Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Duc Luong - Principal of the University of Law affirmed that this is a practical and timely action, demonstrating the school's responsibility in joining hands to support people to soon stabilize their lives.
