The Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police has just made a record of handling driver Le Anh H (born 1970, residing in Dong Hoa village, Yen Hoa commune, Ha Tinh province) for driving a truck carrying crushed stone causing it to fall and spill, causing traffic unsafety.
For the above violation, driver H was fined from 2 million VND to 4 million VND, according to the provisions of point a, clause 2, Article 17, Decree 168 of 2024 of the Government and forced to collect materials scattered on the road.
According to driver H's presentation, on April 10, he was driving a truck with license plate 38C - 082. xx carrying crushed stone on National Highway 15B in the direction from Cam Trung commune to Thien Cam commune.
