Of which, 57 households were affected in terms of land, 25 main business households, 16 secondary business households, 1 household built a house, 7 households did not have a house (the stream water was polluted and changed color).

According to the Management Board of Hue City Economic Zone, in early 2025, the unit sent a dispatch to Hoa Lu - Hue Company to announce that the procedures to terminate the project operation, and transfer information to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (now the Department of Agriculture and Environment) to extend the land use for phases 1 and 2. Within 24 months, if the investor does not implement the project, it will not compensate for the project.
