    The Thanh Ha - Da Nhay Resort Project (Project) was granted an investment certificate on October 2, 2009, with a total area of nearly 17 hectares and a total initial investment of VND 230 billion. The project is located in Thanh Trach commune (Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province), about 300m from Da Nhat beach. With the frontage close to National Highway 1A and the back facing the sea, this area is considered a "golden land" with great potential for tourism development in Quang Binh province.
